Shipping policy

Order Processing & Handling: Because our books are hand-signed by the author, processing times may vary. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for books to be signed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days in transit after processing.

• USPS Media Mail (Books Only): 3 to 8 business days in transit after processing.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking activity.

Address Changes & Shipping Issues: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@phenomenalmedia.com with your order number so we can assist you.
